Inission has an assortment of profile products and profile clothing.

Price information

When a confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances that Felestad New Wave Profile does not have, such as materially changed commodity prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No other taxes or fees apply.

Value added tax applies at all prices. Felestad New Wave Profile reserves the right to finalize the products as well as input errors of prices on this page.

Delivery

UPS alt PostNord Business Package is used. Smaller shipments may be sent as letters, they are not traceable.

Order with stock-items, received before 12.00 on stock item, will be sent the next day from Felestad to the customer. Shipping is charged according to the agreed net price list.

Delivery time is 2–4 days for stock items and 5–10 days for clothes and other print on demand -products.

For all parcels that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge return shipping, handling and handling fees. This comes on a separate invoice to you. We will contact you if we receive a return package and ask if you would like us to send it again with a new shipping, cost is added.

If express delivery is requested, please contact us and we will produce the most optimal shipping method.

Should any of the items you have ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than other items, we may in some cases split your order.

Testing

You are always welcome to the Felestad New Wave Profiles showroom in Löddeköpinge to see products and try. We can also arrange a trial with you!

Personal Packed

Felestad New Wave Profile packs each delivery of textile in a separate package with a personal name. This is to make it easier for you to distribute your clothes.

Payment Terms

30 days net. Interest on late payments is charged at 20%. Invoice from Felestad New Wave Profile comes via email if nothing else is desired.

Complaints / Return Policy

If a product other than ordered has been delivered or if the product is damaged or in some other way incorrect, the purchase can be advertised to us stating incorrectly. Wrong item should be returned to Felestad New Wave Profile via the return shipping slip you receive on the complaint.

Returns may not be made against postal payments, but only after the complaint has been made to Felestad New Wave Profile as above.

Please enclose previously received delivery note for quick handling and credit.

The items that are called order items (for example, all textiles, bags and more) cannot be returned as they are processed with logos.
